Completed in 2016, the 52 storeys mixed use building designed by DP Architect and Blue Antz as the local partner was another successful project for the expansion in Tunjungan City Superblock, Surabaya. With total GFA 139.699 m2 in 13.530 m2, TP 6 consisting of 2 storeys bassement, 5 storeys mall, 8 storeys MSCP, 24 storeys office (Pakuwon Tower) and 37 storeys condominium (One Icon Residence).
